Where did the 603 come from? The dual 604e will work AFAIK but it will not use multi-processing so you might as well sell it to an OS 9 Photoshop 5.5 (does it work in 6??) junkie and buy a single processor G3/300 card cheap :). > Oh, you'll need 128MB of RAM too, but correct me if I am wrong here > guys. Not necessarily. I ran OS X on my 7300 with a piffling 64MB of RAM for ages, I think 64MB is the absolute minimum though, I don't think the OS will physically fit in 32MB of RAM. Even with 64MB it hammered the hard disk to death and was slower than set concrete. I upgraded it to 320MB and it's now distinctly happier :). If you seriously want OS X you need RAM, 256MB at least, the more you can afford the better. Seriously consider picking up a pulled Rage 128 PCI from someone too, a supported graphics card makes a real difference, even on a 200MHz 604e. -- Mark Benson AIM - SilValleyPirate Visit FlatPackMacs online: <http://fpm.gotdns.com> "Remember, all I am offering is the truth, nothing more" - The Matrix -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
