Mac PCI ATA controller card (make sure it's for Mac). Get the ATA-100+ cards. Sonnet, SIIG, Ultratek, ACARD all make ATA controller cards for the Mac. I have a Rev.1 B&W 300 and I'm only using the controller card now for the OS. I have a 30 GB attached to the built in IDE but it's used only for storage.
