I have just installed (last Saturday) a Radeon 7000 in my Beige
minitower. It IS upgraded with a Sonnet g4 450mhz zif chip, but not
sure if that makes much of a diff.
The card went in fine, and has been working well, but have not stressed
it out with high-res games yet. Works well with Photoshop Elements 2.0.
I did not use the drivers that came with the pci board, instead, I
downloaded and installed the newest one from ATI. It was NOT easy to
find, took a bit of poking around their website before I found it. Or
maybe I just missed it right off the bat!
Hope you get the kinks out!

P.S.
Thanks to all who offered help with my boot from pram zap problem, will
wipe and reformat this weekend and let all know how it goes! Seems one
of my sons has the same g3 setup, but no partition of drive. He has no
problem zapping pram and booting up on X from 9, or vice versa!
Thanks again,
Bob
