global village.. you do not have a serial port for other external modem, i suppose the other option would be USB modem...pci is probably not the way to go. Hi, forgot to mention AOL is not my only internet option (hence the modem control panel attempt) since I also have MacOL. As far as I can remember the AOL expert setup has the option of choosing the port for the modem, then again modem/printer port (not PCI anywhere). thanks again!
