LOL
Your joke may be closer to reality than what we want to admit. Case in
point , the dark side's Billy try to force certain apps as part of his
OS, or with IE's constant trying to force itself as your preferred
Browser. What about the same type situation with Adobe's Acrobat ?
Those cases and OTHERS may or may not be relevant , but they do lead
one to ponder it in one's mind. I , too , do not wish to give anyone
the wrong impression. I love my Macs and would not "switch" for a
truckload of the other choices. I am glad Steve came back to head
Apple once again. I am by him like I was with Bill Clinton. I believe
he has made some mistakes , but his "Overall Production" has
overshadowed his mistakes. I commend him for the improvements his team
has provided for me in the world of computing. After all, I started
with an Apple // Plus. I progressed up the line with every model of
//'s and most of the Macs up to an including my Beige G3's . I have
used all of the OS's so far. There again, I have not elected to use all
the options of each, but they were there for me to choose. My G3 is
still quite serviceable due to the inclusion to the new OS and its
improvements.
