:) It is hard to switch, the interface, the files, everything from a Mac can be very different on a Windows user, however very entertaining since as you find what you can do you sometimes might say wow! or cool! it is good to know about both worlds, I've always used macs since 1990 when I got my first taste on macs (a bunch of Mac Pluses!) my sister still has hers and I later traded mine in for a Mac IIci. My husband who was a PC user got an Aptiva A40 in March 1995, the day we came home from the hospital with my new baby boy! I never had such monster in my house but thought possitive, until problems began... (who's thinking that I am talking about my baby? I AM TALKING about the Aptiva!!) LOL :D I thought "a new computer, with warranty & customer service, what can go wrong?", think again... I mentioned this on the list before, about MWAVE problems. IBM didn't accept responsibility until seven years later. I remember calling IBM at least 20 times, and reformatting and reinstalling the whole CD restore at least 25 times in about three months, the modem, sound, CD ROM & multimedia would stop working without warning. The whole re-install proccess took at least 1 1/2 hour... all I could do was take care of my baby and fix the Aptiva while my husband worked so that he could use it when he got home. Ohh... the time wasted, never comes back... I think I aged about 5 years in only 6 months, :( Thanks to my stubborn husband, we could have bought an 8500 like I wanted (I have one now and just LOVE it) and we would still be talking about all the wonderful things we would have done on them. Never had a bit of problem with it. Liliana -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
