A really good thing that 10.2.2 has is the ability to speak all text 
under the mouse.  You turn this on under Speech/Spoken User Interface 
and then you have to go to Universal Access and check all 3 boxes down 
at the bottom.  EVERY bit of text or button or icon that the mouse 
hovers over is spoken.
