>> Just wanted to tell everyone... HAPPY MACWORLD SAN FRANCISCO '03!!!!!
>
> And... ? Just wondering what you think will be announced?

I've been reading up on all the websites such as www.spymac.com,
www.macosrumors.com, and just doing google searches about "new products
macworld".

Here's my best guesses what will happen over this MacWorld and the next
coming month or 2:
PowerMac: Low ends will be replaced with the Moto 7457 chip (1.0 and
1.2)
High end(s) replaced with IBM PPC 970 chip (1.4 and (1.6) )
Powerbook: They'd be crazy not go for the PPC 970. It has less wattage
drain and higher clock speeds. Prices and noise would decrease
considerable (up to $200 maybe at most)
iMac: 1Ghz and 17" models will go down to mid-end or even take the
whole line.
iBook: No change
Xserve: Dual 1.25 (7455) or Dual 1.4 (7457)
ADC LCD Lineup: 17" $799, 19" $1099, 21" $1999. 23" HD $2999
All LCDs will be Cinema format (Widescreen).
Steve is also likely to integrate a "2Go" version of OS X into the iPod
or a new DLD (Digital Lifestyle Device).
iPod price likely to drop $50 if no new features are introduced.
Classic iMac possibly to be discontinued or have severe price drop.

Hey all you Macophiles out there. Concur or contradict. Make changes
to my statement, or make your own. Your choice, just let your opinions
and feelings be heard :-)
