Photoshop 7 is a "carbonized" program, I guess, which means it will run on 9.x
or X. At work, my machine is 9 only. Getting info in 9.2 on the PS7 executable
says it is a "package," which is essentially a directory or folder.

I use Aladin's DragStrip 3.7.2, a wonderful dock program that allows drop and
drag. (I use it in X too, makes navagation much easier.)

Anyway,if you drop and drag on Photoshop 7 the file disappears. I expect the
file is placed in the "package."

Question is, how do you get in out in os 9? How can you open a "package" in 9
when X isn't available?
