Tis tru not much difference, though with the V5 you wont have as many instances when you are lacking more ram. The V5 is more card than a Mac can utilize ..as far as speed goes, and perhaps a few more areas. But if you do decide to get either a V4 or V5 to flash ...I would suggest the V5 for a few $'s more, I have heard of very few ( if any ) successful V4 flashes. Personally Ive flashed 1-V3 and 3-V5's... when I use to play UT in my G3/9600ppc I could tell a difference between the V3 and V5, but it wasnt anything like WOW! look what 4x the ram does! it was more like my min. framerates were increased 10-15%, and the average framerates increased about 5-10% ...but when you are talking split seconds in online FPS games, every little bit helps =).
