Greetings all, I'd like to give OS X a try, but hear that the stock (I think) video card in my Beige desktop may have trouble. It's listed as an ATI Mach 64_300. There's a huge array of cards out there- some affordable and many not, so I'm hoping for some suggestions from the listers on this. As an aside, I see that the Radeon 7000 is pretty affordable (for me). Is this a good choice? Also (of course) the Radeon 7000 for PC's is about half the price as the one for a Mac. Is there really any difference between the two (aside from software that is)? Anyway, thanks to all and looking forward to your suggestions. M
