You might try asking on the 1st-powermacs or the MaX list. MkLinux is mostly used for Nubus powermacs. I haven't used it for a while (when the main MkLinux site was still hosted at Apple, maybe 5 years ago?). I think the main difficulty is creating a partition for it.
