Oh, in addition to these problems.  When I play games, I see (i guess) 
artifacts.. There are lines on the screen.. lines dots... different 
colors... Really annoying... Is this a bad card or something?  I don't 
see the lines in regular OS use.. Only in games (UT, Deus Ex)...
