If I were you I should go for PC133 since these seem to work best with 
upgraded processors, especially G4s I heard.
I just upped the RAM in my B&W G3 to 1 gig with 2 extra 256MB PC133 
DIMMs (already had 2x256MB PC133) with the thought of getting a G4 
processor in the future.
