Don't bother.  Putting a PCI video card in a AIO will NOT override the 
onboard video.  It would only allow you to hook up an external monitor to the 
Card.  The built-in monitor would still run off of the video chip on the 
motherboard.

NOTE:  It is possible to get a PCI video card to work with the built-in 
monitor, but it's a major hack.  I haven't done this myself, but I'm 
considering trying it.  I recently ran across someone who had done it 
successfully with a Radeon 7000 and has posted a basic "how to" on the web 
(though I think he's still refining it):
