Hi Min, 
First, you must check Apple Profiler to see if all of
your Ram is recognized by OSX.
Next, check the Sonnet install SW and technical
assistance to see if anything is missing. I assume you
did a PRAM and a mob reset when installing the ZIF?
Did you change any jumpers on the mob? Is the ZIF
installed correctly, with a heat sink? Are the Rom
DIMM and the Ram Dimms properly seated?
You may have to re-install OSX. Check that the HDD is
properly jumpered as a Master/Slave drive and also the
Lite-On CDRW. Partition the HDD - the first partition
must be less than 8 Gig. 
I'm sure other list-members have better suggestions?
