Odd...try putting the ATI card in a different slot? Mine works 
flawlessly with a OWC G4 upgrade and the radeoon card. In fact I'm 
running two monitors off of it, and am offered up to high resolutions 
(at least 1280 x1024, maybe even 1600 x 1200, but my monitors don't 
support it)

If you applied the ATI updater, try re-applying the 10.2.4 updater...I 
know the one on ATI's we site was broken by 10.2.3...
