I understand in the latest incarnation a PC is no longer necessary to perform the flash! Getting close to doing it myself ... perhaps. The Saphire was available at newegg and another place, but I don't know if that's still the case. It has the three ports already on it.

It's 32MB, but I understand a 64MB version was sold in the UK also. I've also seen the regular PC Radeon 7000 (ATi, not a clone, VGA out only) for $40 at MicroCenter.
