a 60 gig or so . what ,s the best os, 10.1 or 9.1 i want the best speed
out of it. it only has 128 ram. i just surf and play mp3,s and cd,s.
and do some burning with toast. and i have a sczi burner to. and
what,s a good and fast web browser to.

120 GB is the largest EIDE/UATA drive your machine can accommodate without
employing an UATA/133 controller card.

Max-out the RAM while the prices of 256 MB sticks are still down.

Most /233s are Rev. 1A, so don't be surprised if your machine can't support
Slave drives.

Get an inexpensive EIDE/ATAPI CD-ROM-R-R/W when you can ... better than SCSI
and faster, too.

Get a Radeon 7000 and an inexpensive DVD drive if you want to play DVDs.

Get a 300 or 333 MHz ZIF from someone on the LEM List who has upgraded to a
higher performance G3 or G4.
