I believe it's only supported if you put the drive into select mode. I remember reading something on Macfixit about this. The A 104 version works fine in Master Mode, but the A 105 does not. If your Mac doesn't support Select mode then I don't know what to tell you. I would say if your a member of Macfixit, search the archives.
