I'm fairly certain that Jag support for USB 2 is for the 400Mb version, since Jag came out just under a year ago and the USB group did the renaming this year. Apple so far has yet to comply with this renaming which got rid of USB 1.1 (making it 2.0 full speed). Look at the tech specs for the G5: 3 USB 2.0 ports, and 2 USB 1.1 ports.
Not sure if Apple is deliberately thumbing their noses at the USB group or if it just hasn't filtered through all the channels yet.
I suspect it's the third option: Apple is being clear about what it is exactly on their systems...
