Not: NO! It's YES:
You first buy Jaguar (10.2) and then you download the several updates to
10.2.6 free from Apple or better the combo-download to 10.2.6 (which is the
free 60 MB download, Len mentioned).
And believe me it works this way for I succ.-ly did so 2 months ago.
