This also works in Mail and Safari in OS X 10.2.6. Space + shift goes 
backwards. John

I have been a pretty heavy Mac user for 10 or more years and just 
discovered
that the space bar scrolls the window and continues to the next 
message and
the next...at least in Outlook Express 5 with 9.2.2 on a beige G3.
Cool! I know some whiz kid out there is going to groan and probably 
flame
me, but I suspect there are a few others out there that haven't 
discovered
this. So I am taking a chance and sharing.
