Considering that most of the spammers addresses are temporary.  They use 
services like (Ta-Dah!) Hotmail!  Use it once to send their junk then happily just 
create a new email the next day to continue their spamming.  Yahoo is a good 
target as well.

Blocking wont help here as long as they get a hold of your email you're toast.
