The VNC site doesn't carry the OSX version (though it's possible to download the UNIX source and compile it for X). For the server software of VNC (this allows client software to access and manipulate your machine) you'll need to get OSXVNC from the Apple website in their download section (it's not made by them). Do a search in the downloads section for OSXVNC and it'll come up. For the client software I'm using Chicken of the VNC or you can also use VNCThing. I'm not sure if they're on the Apple site as well. I got the links to these programs using the OSXVNC online documentation under the help menu.
