I don't share this opinion. Particularly with Netscape I remember there was a time I had to completely stop using it because it would freeze at some point after I had used it for a while. Then changed to IE, the freezes minimized to almost once a week. Then I downlaoded the newest version of Netscape then because of the email, which was a little better, however I upgraded my system and never really upgraded IE so then IE was the troublemaker, but never as much as Netscape. MS Office 98 was pretty good to me, specially when I viewed the files in PCs. I can't say Microsoft products cause more problems than most third party software for the Mac (think about it), we just have to live with it unfortunately. And DON'T even get me started with AOL!
