Don't be obtuse. I'm sure it says you can *install* the s/w on one desktop computer and one laptop--not that multiple people can use it simultaneously from two or more computers. Their intent, clearly, was to allow a person to have a copy on both their desktop and laptop, and not have to install/unstill it every time they switched computers. No one person would need to use Office from two computers at the same time. The only reason anyone would hit this restriction is if, in fact, more than one person *is* trying to use Office simultaneously.
