i don't know what AIO is by my Beige Desktop G3 266 works just dandy with the Startech 2 port PCI USB Expansion Card their number PCI2USB. On the other hand the IO Gear did not and the company would not support the card nor take it back, they simply said it would not work with that model of Mac.
