Making a disk image may be overkill in this situation. I believe you mentioned that you have at least one Mac with a floppy drive (there are USB floppy drives out there for those folks who require them, as well). Create a folder on the Mac with the floppy drive. Inside that folder make as many folders are there are disks. Name the folders in order: Disk 1, Disk 2, etc. Then copy the contents of each floppy into the properly named folder (i.e., Floppy #1 to the folder "disk 1", etc.). As long as the install files are in the same "root" folder it will go from "disk" to disk to disk until it's done.

You could make a disk image of the folder. Disk Copy is in the Utilities folder.
