What an ODD request. If they want a START button, get a Wintel PC. Or maybe get Virtual PC? But other than that, maybe they should learn how to use MacOS. It's wuuuuunderful!

If such software does exist, where would be the best place to find it? Is it available for OS X and pre-OS X environments?
I have an application/control panel that does the start button on the bottom...I love IT and I don't like Windows! It is just much easier for me to use...it is GoMac by Action software - I am not using it on OS X, still on 9.2.2 but I have had NO problems with it and it will hold items to pull up, as well as a calendar at the bottom, and holding control strips!
If you need more info on where to find it, let me know and I will do a search, but it should be easily found on Version Tracker or where ever you might use.
