OS 9.1 or 9.2.1?

My B&W G3/350 (448MB, 60 GB HD) is currently running OS 8.6 but I would 
like to upgrade to OS 9.x in order to take advantage of some software 
upgrades, performance improvements, etc.  Before I purchase the 
software, which upgrade is considered the best or most stable - OS 9.1 
or 9.2.1, and what are the main advantages?
