possibly, but, i'd be a little worried about the acidity, and far more worried
about small particles, i suspect that most apple cider vinegar has some
suspended solids and inkjet nozzles are a lot smaller than anything in a wiper
system. also, you want something that will be a good solvent for the ink, i.e.
it's probably good to have a much higher alcohol content. there are likely also
dissolved substances in cider that you don't want to leave behind in that
particular plumbing. if you want something "natural", try everclear and
distilled water, though i'm not sure that fermenting and then distilling
qualifies as natural. common usage and legal meaning of "natural" tend to vary
widely both from person to person and country to country. remember that ink
jets work by vaporizing a small amount of the ink solvent and burping it out
through a small orifice, a system very sensitive to dissolved compounds and the
smallest suspended solids, both of which will tend to accumulate at the nozzle.

Philip Stortz--"Only love can kill the Demon", from Natural Born Killers, the
American people and Government would be wise to heed that simple Wisdom. Blood
Shed feeds the demon and makes it stronger, Love and Forgiveness starve the
demon. hatred and violence are the demon. It's a good movie, if you can
realize it's a farce and know what a farce is....
