Now, please, be quiet or go away.
I am far from a list nanny, nor am I Donald Duck but honestly I can't believe anyone out there is happy to read these replies. When people can not compose themselves the social structure around them generally kicks in, it starts with peers, it ends with an enforcement body. Your peers are asking you to back off, you are the one calling the list mom. Its welcome at this point.

HEY, IF YOU LIKE THAT, WYOMING.COM, 10MB WEB SPACE AND MAIL BOX, $19.95 PER

that's what people want. or, you know you can get some free time from aol as
well, if you like that kind of garbage. there are many, many isp's that will
give you some free time, this is hardly, hardly the place to let everyone know
about isp offers when no one has asked for recommendations. in fact, i did a
google for isp's recently, and there are a lot that compete favorably with juno.
if someone ask, or it's DIRECTLY mac related, post it, otherwise, your just
spreading spam, and it's really, really obnoxious. it's the kind of thing that
drives people away, busy people. i get well over 100 emails a day, even though
i get many things as digest (or it would be several hundred and harder to
archive some of it). but hey, if we're going to talk about isp deals, there are
a lot of them out there.
the "over reaction" was indeed meant to be equally obnoxious, though i doubt
it's really possible. can we please, please limit this list to actual mac stuff
or answering questions rather than posting misc. tidbits that might be useful?
i've got a lot of tips i could share, should i start posting them when there's
no indication that anyone cares?????
list mom, can we have a decision??? i'll be more than happy to go with whatever
the listmon thinks, but frankly, the signal to noise ratio is ever diminishing
and a big part of why there aren't more people, particularly professionals on
these list. it's exactly why i can't get a friend of mine who's a graphics
genius to join the list, because it often becomes worth the paper it's printed
on...... mean while, you can tell me to shut up or go away, and i can tell
donald duck to go just go away! geez people, are we trying to start flame wars?
there seem to be some people on this list who definately need to calm down. my
response was reasonable, did not include caps, or any actual profanity nor
personal insults, unlike some people's postings.
hugs and kisses all around.....

Proof positive that over reactions ARE as obnoxious as SPAM :-)

nice spam, now knock it the *&^% off! juno does advertise on tv you know, and
