Bruce, I have a ROM version $77D.45F1 in my Beige G3. What do you recommend
is a good upgrade card for this Mac. I am looking for a good balance of
speed versus cost.
I'm happy with my OWC G4/450 I got for $175 on sale; it's currently $190 right now. Mines running comfortably at 466 MHz, which is the closest it can be set to it's advertised speed. (It runs at 450 in a B&W due to the different motherboard timings.)
