This may be the wrong list for this question, but I'll give it a hot. I have the original G4 400Mhz TIPB. It's running System 9.2.2. I have an external Monitor hooked up to it. When I try to play DVD movies through the external monitor I get an error saying that it's not supported. I can however play movies on the PB Screen. I know this feature works because I have seen other people do it. I noticed the DVD player was on version 2.5. I know there is a 2.7 update, but I can't install because it's says I need Mac OS 9.0.4. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue.
