Folks,

I've found a gazillion gadgets on the web that can manipulate the names of MP3-files,
add them to playlists and so on. But nothing I found seem to be able to change the
bit-rate. I want to make the damned file smaller and I would love to find some idiot
drop-and-good-bye contraption that does this for me.

Any suggestions?

Anders
