I vote for Gary and Daystar also. My purchase was small, but I was treated
like a king by them. As for OWC, I "got out" while the gettin' was good;
scalded a bit, but not burned. Too bad, too. During the 2nd gen. PowerMac
days (when there was such a thing as MacWorks and other competitors
capitalizing on the beginnings of used Mac opportunities, etc.), they were
competitive and fast, and I bought lots of hard drives through them. But the
last few sales for my school took absolutely forever, and the comptroller
had a fit when OWC issued a past due notice (after 30 days) on a P.O.
against an inventory that hadn't even been received yet! So... hasta la
vista, baby, I won't be bahck!
