With Spring Cleaning, you could get into some trouble, by deleting files
associated with a program you WANT to remove, but are shared with a program
you DON'T want removed. With that, you could end up rendering other
applications useless, after using Spring Cleaning to remove another one.
Otherwise, it's a useful program, to remove 68K coding from any fat binary
programs that you might have. Might not speed up anything, but you'd be
amazed at the amount of space useless code will take up.
