Well, this one converts wma to pcm (the filetype you get from ripping audio off a CD) which can then be converted to mp3 using any mpg encoder.

All are shareware, and less than $30. There is no freeware for this on Windows. If you want a freeware solution, stick with doing it in OS X using DivXWMAConverter. Found all of these through versiontracker. Please pardon the posting of this to the list, but I thought there might be more than one person interested.

A quick search at versiontracker turns up DivXWMAConverter 1.2.1 which
is supposed to convert to mp3.

This bit of software works on the Mac using OS X. What's wanted is software that works on in Windows to convert .wma to .mp3 to import to iTunes. That search has proved a bit more difficult.
