Well, I finally learned why my G3 MT running 9.2.2 would not recognize my new firewire drive. I need the extension firewire support 2.8.4 or 2.8.5. This is in my extensions folder, but I get the message "The document 'FireWire Support' could not be opened. The application program that created it could not be found. Could not find a translation extension with appropriate translators" I tried extracting FireWire Support from the 9.2 CD with TomeViewer with the same results. What "translation extension" do I need to get this to work? Does anybody know where I find it?
