Interesting. Neither my desktop nor my PowerBook experience more application crashes under 10.3 than under 10.2 (or 10.1 in the case of the desktop). I can't think of anything that worked before that doesn't work now. 10.3 is significantly faster on both machines.

Did you do something other than an upgrade install?
