B&Ws and Yikes Macs are fully supported by Apple for 10.3.

The XPostFacto alpha of version 3 is available now. This will install a working a 10.3 on almost any PCI Mac, provided it has a PCI video card (that is, not the built-in video). Here's the link:

I've seen this question here before, and the answer's always been "No." Not
that it might not work, as there's talk of the folks at Other World
Computing working on an update of their Xpostfacto program, that'll allow
Panther to be installed on beige G3s, B&W G3s and Yikes G4s.
