Cast your minds back, well not very long, to when I was in a panic about the rising temperature of my beige G3 - well, it's fixed, thanks to you lot - a tiny little dab of heatsink compound between the chip and the heatsink has brought the chip's average running temperature back to 23C from about 50C. So hooray for the advice given from the list!
