Reading MacBeth's thingy about the G-3 chip temperature I also checked out XLR8 and found a lot of G3s had their heatsinks not properly attached. I believe that is the case with one of mine, because if I really work it hard after about an hour or less it will just hang for a while, and then start up again.

Everybody talks about the temperature of their machines, but is there any software that will look at this for regular old non-accelerated machines like mine?
