Airport help

I've got an airport base station with two Wallstreets with Cisco 
wireless cards.  I've not worried too much about anybody getting on our 
netword until now.  The fire department built a new base station and 
the fire fighter are getting laptops with Wi-Fi access.  What is the 
simplest way to set this up so that others can't get onto our network 
or over the internet and how do I set up up?
