Hi Jason,
Does/is this card supposed to work on a G3 (or even a 2nd gen. PMac for that
matter)? IF I understand correctly, you are attempting to use an Apple HPV
A/V card in a G3, or are you referring to the "Personality" card series
designed for the beige G3's?  The term "HPV" was, if I am accurate, reserved
for the PDS slot cards used in the x100 1st-gen. Power Macs (stood for high
performance video).
