OS 9.1 will work just fine, within OS X 10.4. Before I decided to go back to
OS 9.1 as my main OS, again, I was using OS 9.1 within OS X 10.2.8. Whenever
I launched my Classic applications, I got the same window, and I think I
just clicked "Cancel" or "Quit" to continue, and never had any problems with
it. I did finally go to OS 9.2.2, just to get rid of this annoyance that you
describe.
