The el-cheapo Dlink worked fine on my machines. It's 10/100, and all of my machines are 10 only. My entire intranet backbone is now 10/100, so having 100 available on a server, even if it is through a PCI card, is a good thing. Dirt cheap last month at Office-Max. $5.95 net cost, IIRC.
