Your question piqued my curiosity to the extent that I opened an AIO and it seems that an IDE sized cable runs from the Wings card into the upper chassis making me suspect that the built in monitor uses the header on the card in some way. It also looks like the speakers in the upper chassis jack in to the connector that is lower on the card, near the sound I/O ports. -- All the Best,
