First off, in my opinion , a Beige is a Real Mac. It also runs OSX very well. I have 4 of them doing it. They all surf the net and do intensive graphics work running photoshop 7. Putting a Radeon card, 768 MB ram, and a 400 B&W Ziff in them made them very useful and quick
But........ to answer your question , I would go for the Dual G4/500 out of those choices. There is only about $80 difference in the lowest price and the highest. You will need to add more memory to it to run osx tho.
